Dr. Capella provides complimentary consultations. Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment with 24 hours or more notification is requested.

Deposit

A deposit is required to reserve a place on the surgery schedule once you have decided upon surgery. The deposit will go towards the total balance for the procedure.

Payment Policy

The balance of the surgical fee is due in full two weeks prior to surgery. Your fee will be the figure provided in writing at the time of your consultation, less the amount of the deposit. We accept all forms of payment, including:
